• Organization Profiles: Organization names, custom URL slugs, brand color settings, and billing configurations.
• Field Operations Data: Participant registration details, geospatial plot polygons (locations), crop event logs, seasonal check-ins, and field verification photographs.

The information collected is used solely to facilitate carbon credit project workflows, including:

• Managing tenant workspaces, authorization roles, and access controls.
• Processing L1 and L2 program verifications, detecting duplicate plots, and flagging anomalies.
